Role:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, resolve complaints efficiently, provide accurate product/service information, maintain CRM records, follow up for resolution, and support overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduation required
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach
Basic MS Office knowledge
Positive, patient, and empathetic attitude
