Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with CA Firm experience will be given first preference. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment & Journal Voucher Entries.
GST Billing, GST Reconciliation & GST Return Support.
TDS Calculation, Deduction & Return Support.
Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management.
Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
Cash Book, Day Book & General Ledger Maintenance.
Invoice Verification & Documentation.
Assisting in Monthly & Year-End Closing.
Assisting during Statutory Audit & Internal Audit.
Maintaining Accounting Records with 100% Accuracy.
Preparing MIS Reports in MS Excel.
Coordinating with CA, Auditors & Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.




Minimum 1 year of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is preferred.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Accounting Entries and Finalization of Accounts.
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
