ROLE DESCRIPTION
Growth / Corp Equity Investing team is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join a high-impact investing platform focused on equity investing and active asset management across a large, diverse, and dynamic portfolio. The selected individual will play an integral role in all phases of the investment lifecycle.

Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Assist in screening investment opportunities in private companies across target sectors including AI, Business Services, Financial Services, IT / ITeS, Healthcare, and Consumer / Consumer Derivatives
- Proactively build and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through primary and secondary market research, developing sector-specific thematic reports and conducting rigorous market analyses to identify high-potential opportunities
- Leverage a robust foundational understanding of business operations, financial statem
