Job Title: Telecaller (Night Shift)
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team for a night shift role.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English
Ability to speak Punjabi fluently
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of handling phone calls and customer interaction
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Provide information about services/products
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
