The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technician is responsible for inspecting and preparing Royal Enfield motorcycles before they are handed over to customers. The technician ensures that each motorcycle meets the company’s high-quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations. This role is crucial in ensuring that every Royal Enfield motorcycle is in optimal working condition, providing a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Delivery Inspection:
Perform a detailed inspection of recent Royal Enfield motorcycles as per the standard PDI checklist.
Verify that all components (engine, brakes, lights, electronics, suspension, etc.) are functioning properly.
Check fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery health.
Ensure the motorcycle is free of defects or damages.
Testing and Diagnostics:




Conduct test rides to evaluate the performance of the motorcycle and ensure it meets Royal Enfield’s quality standards.
Use diagnostic tools to identify any mechanical, electrical, or software issues, and resolve them promptly.
Quality Control:
Inspect the motorcycle for exterior finish, paintwork, and any cosmetic defects.
Ensure that all accessories and additional equipment requested by the customer are properly installed.
Final Preparation:
Clean and polish the motorcycle to ensure it’s in pristine condition before delivery.
Prepare the necessary documentation for the delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
