Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor accounting transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and customer collections.
Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with sales teams for recovery.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
Inventory & Cost Accounting
Monitor inventory valuation and stock accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Coordinate with production and stores departments for stock reconciliation.
Analyze manufacturing costs, production expenses, and product costing.
Track material consumption, wastage, and cost variances.
Support periodic inventory audits and stock verification.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliances.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions,
deposits, and return filings.
Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Maintain compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
Prepare profitability reports and financial performance analysis.
Provide recommendations for cost control and process improvements.
Internal Controls & Audit
Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
Team Management
Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.
Review accounting entries and financial documentation.
Provide training and support to team members on accounting practices and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
