About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our Ather Electric Scooter dealership in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will lead a passionate sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting sustainable electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth sales flow and customer engagement.
Guide customers through the electric scooter selection process, showcasing Ather products and features.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, test rides, and local marketing initiatives.
Monitor team performance, maintain proper documentation, and report sales metrics to management.
Build solid relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in two-wheeler or EV sales; leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid team management and target-oriented mindset.
Sound knowledge of electric vehicle features and technology.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
Minimum qualification : Graduate or Diploma in any stream with two-wheeler DL
