Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Experience Designer to craft intuitive user flows, interactive digital products, and high-impact visual identities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user research, multi-screen interface design, and interactive media. The candidate to have knowledge of VR and XR along with valuable coordination skills and English communication skills. Research oriented aptitude and zeal to learn is must.

Fresher or Junior with 6 months or one year experience may apply.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End UX/UI: Design seamless user flows, interactive prototypes, and scalable visual interfaces across mobile, web, and multi-screen environments.
UX Research & Testing: Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and run usability testing to refine complex platforms and physical/digital installations.
System & Service Design: Develop systemic interventions, customer journey maps, and service blueprints to optimize end-to-end user experiences.




Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and project stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, engaging visual assets.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des) or equivalent practical experience.
Core Skills: Wireframing, Interface Design, Micro-Interactions, Usability Testing, UX Research, and Service Design Blueprinting.
Software Proficiency: Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, ClickUp.
Experience: Proven track record in visual design, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration (exhibits/museums, NGO services, or digital products preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
