Summary
You will be responsible for the effective running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and productive running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation. Valuable problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
