Job Summary

ICA Edu Skills, in academic alliance with Sister Nivedita University (SNU), is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Professor – Digital Marketing to deliver quality education and practical industry-focused training. The candidate will play a key role in teaching core digital marketing concepts, mentoring students, and bridging academic learning with real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on Digital Marketing topics.
Teach subjects including:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
Social Media Marketing
Content Marketing
Email Marketing
Web Analytics
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Marketing Automation
Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on training using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,



SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Mentor students on projects, internships, and career development.
Track student progress and provide academic guidance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
Support curriculum enhancement aligned with industry requirements.
Participate in academic events, faculty meetings, and institutional initiatives.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
Practical knowledge of campaign execution and analytics
Excellent teaching and presentation skills
Solid communication and mentoring abilities
Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for students

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications from Google Skillshop, HubSpot Academy, or Meta Blueprint
Prior teaching/training experience preferred
Research/publication background is an added advantage
