Job Summary :

We are seeking a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth for our industrial pump portfolios. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and commercial solutions. You will partner with plant managers, procurement teams, and consulting engineers to assess fluid handling needs, select the correct pump architectures, and deliver winning techno-commercial proposals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
2 to 3 years of proven technical sales experience, specifically handling rotating equipment, pumps, valves, or fluid handling systems.

Technical Competencies
Deep Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pump curves,



total dynamic head (TDH) calculations, and metallurgy.
Familiarity with global industry standards (e.g., API, ANSI, ISO) relevant to pump manufacturing.
Proficiency in ERP software and computer.

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
Solid Communication skills to translate complex technical data into transparent, value-driven business proposals.
Problem-Solving mindset to handle challenging site conditions and unique chemical compatibility constraints.
High Mobility with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% for client site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
