We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our high-performance team.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing environments and are confident in managing end-to-end client communication within structured immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their immigration journey
Manage end-to-end client communication with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Guide clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and process expectations
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems
Handle client concerns and escalations with a solution-oriented and professional approach
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality at all stages

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration client servicing
Strong understanding of visa processes and documentation requirements




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with CRM or case management systems
Robust problem-solving ability and a client-first mindset
