Experience & Salary Details
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (B2B paid ad campaign experience is mandatory).
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000+ per month (Open to high market standards)
Note: The base starts at ₹20,000. Higher premium packages up to ₹45,000+ will be given only based on your technical capability, the proven campaign results/case studies you provide, and your performance in our technical interview test.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Paid Ads (Main Focus): Run and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns on Google and Meta Ads.
SEO & Social Media: Manage keyword optimization for organic growth and handle company social profiles.
Tracking & Reports: Setup GTM, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixels to monitor data and fix campaign bottlenecks.

Skills You Must Have
Proof of Results:



Ability to show past successful campaign data and case studies (anonymized/blurred screenshots are fine).
Problem Solving: Ability to explain real marketing difficulties you faced and the solutions you brought to fix them.
Tool Mastery: Solid hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking setups.
