Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Faculty member to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging learning experiences for undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Teach English courses to undergraduate students.

2) Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and study materials.

3) Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.

4) Participate in departmental activities, student mentoring, and institutional events.

5) Contribute to curriculum development and continuous academic improvement.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in English (NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms).

Fresher / Prior teaching experience in a higher education institution

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
