Position: Internal Audit Consultant

Experience: 1 - 4 years Post Qualification (CA)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Work base location: Gurgaon, project can be anywhere in India as per the requirement of the company. This role would require 80% travelling to different locations

Role Overview We are looking for Chartered Accountants with 1 - 4 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, preferably from reputed consulting firms. The role involves conducting risk-based internal audits, commercial reviews for manufacturing and infrastructure clients, evaluating business processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based internal audits across manufacturing and infrastructure businesses.
Review operational, financial and compliance processes to identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
Evaluate Internal Financial Controls (IFC), SOPs and process compliance.
Perform walkthroughs, process mapping and control testing.




Bill verification at infrastructure clients along with underlying documents and verifications at site
Identify operational inefficiencies, revenue leakages, cost optimization opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
Draft audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Coordinate with client teams for implementation and closure of audit observations.
Areas audited - Procurement, Inventory, production, stores, maintenance, sales, logistics and finance processes.

Preferred Industry Exposure
Manufacturing preferably Building Materials (Tiles, Paints, Pipes, Steel, Cement Products, etc.)
Infrastructure & EPC
Renewables & Real Estate

Desired Skills
Solid understanding of Internal Audit methodology and risk-based auditing.
Experience in process reviews, operational audits and IFC evaluations.
Positive knowledge of manufacturing business processes and supply chain.
Solid analytical, report writing and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and analytical tools.
