Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MHA / MBA

Relevant Experience:

* 5 – 7 + years of experience in Operations

Responsibilities

* Implementing standards and protocols for proper functioning of respective
departments.
* Ensure maximum patient satisfaction across all functional areas.
* To conduct daily rounds
* To ensure all respective departments are adequately manned.
* To identify gaps in the system and find remedial measures to fill gaps

in the shortest possible time.

* Develop a solid feedback system wherein valuable feedback is captured both
from internal and external customers.
* Complaint / Grievance Handling.
* Ensure cohorting of rooms are strictly adhered to.

* Ensure grooming standards for all staff.

* Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth functioning of all processes
