Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care to patients of all age groups.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct detailed patient assessments, history taking, physical examinations, and formulate treatment plans.
Manage lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, dyslipidemia, obesity, and respiratory illnesses.
Provide preventive healthcare services, including routine health check-ups, vaccinations, and health screening.
Counsel patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and wellness.
Stabilize medical emergencies and initiate appropriate treatment before referral when required.
Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare specialists.
Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and diagnostic reports.
Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
Participate in health camps, preventive health programs, and community outreach activities.
Ensure compliance with infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and NABH standards.




Attend departmental meetings, CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical medical practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Director or Hospital Management.

Specialisation
MBBS with MD / DNB in Family Medicine (Preferred)

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification MBBS with MD / DNB in Family Medicine (Preferred) MBBS with Fellowship in Family Medicine may also be considered as per institutional policy. Registration Valid National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council Registration. Experience Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Consultant / Family Physician in a multispecialty hospital or clinic. Experience in managing OPD, preventive healthcare, and chronic disease management is preferred.
