Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive API & Excipients to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing pharmaceutical APIs and excipients, obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Source APIs and excipients from reliable suppliers.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
Coordinate with domestic and international vendors.
Verify product documents such as COA and specifications.
Maintain supplier and purchase records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of APIs, excipients, and pharmaceutical documentation is preferred.
