The ideal candidate will have a solid background in luxury sales, particularly in villa sales, luxury villa sales, and luxury apartments sales.
With a minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and revenue targets for luxury properties
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and developers
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue targets
Solid knowledge of luxury villa sales, luxury apartments sales, and real estate sales
Excellent leadership and team management skills
