We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the recruitment market.
Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Robust knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
