About the Role: Laqshya Airport Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven professional for the role of "Chief Manager - Sales" for its Airport Media business in Noida. This role is focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for premium airport advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media sales, corporate account acquisition, and client relationship management, with the ability to position high-value airport media assets to leading brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Drive corporate sales for airport media assets, ensuring revenue growth and achievement of business targets.
Identify, approach, and secure recent corporate clients across key industries and sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
Develop customized proposals, presentations, and media solutions tailored to client requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, closures, and account servicing.




Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Ensure long-term partnerships through strategic account management and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Media Sales / Business Development.
Strong exposure to advertising, OOH, media
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal development.
Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building abilities.

Existing network with corporate brands, agencies, and advertisers.
Experience in premium media sales or airport advertising solutions.
Understanding of integrated brand campaigns and marketing strategies.
