Sales Target Achievement- Consistently meet or exceed department/category sales targets through active selling, upselling, and crossselling.
Product Knowledge & Recommendations- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer personalised suggestions to customers.
Shrinkage & Stock Control Support- Assist in maintaining shrinkage at or below 1.5% of total net sales by following FIFO, ensuring accurate inward/outward stock recording, and promptly flagging discrepancies or potential loss prevention concerns.
Team Collaboration & Engagement- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, contribute to training participation, and support team initiatives.
Compliance Awareness- Maintain awareness of store licenses, hygiene, and safety protocols, supporting preparedness for official inspections.
