Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultants to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation and customization.
Strong knowledge of:
Policy & Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Experience in configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts,



Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations.
Valuable understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CSA certification (Mandatory)
CAD certification is an added advantage.
