Role & responsibilities
Lead execution of all MEP activities across residential projects from construction through handover.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and approved drawings.
Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC, and CRM teams for seamless project execution.
Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
Drive testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize project costs through value engineering and productive resource utilization.
Lead, mentor, and develop MEP teams while driving high performance and accountability.
Support customer handovers by ensuring timely resolution of MEP-related issues.
