Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO industry.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools is an added advantage.
