Title: Jewelry Sales Consultant – Up-to-date Luxury

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a polished, modern, rooted woman (32–40+), fluent in Telugu, with 10–15 years of jewelry sales experience. She will engage savvy, budget-conscious clients, manage escalations, and support CRM follow-up training—without internal team leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bargaining and smart-walking-in customers
• Support escalations and mentor junior staff ad hoc
• Train CRM team on call-handling techniques
• Demonstrate product perks and close sales diplomatically
• Collaborate on achieving sales targets and incentive structures

Requirements:
• 32–40+ years; married, settled; Hyderabad/Andhra
• Fluent Telugu; working Hindi & English
• 10–15 years in jewelry sales; polished appearance
• Energetic, charming, tradition-respecting, up-to-date outlook
• Strong communicator, negotiator, relationship-builder
• High integrity, brand-loyal, long-term mindset

Compensation & Leave: Base + variable structure; standard leaves.
