Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager (PM) to manage residential apartment operations, ensure seamless facility management, and enhance resident satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the residential apartment / gated community
Handle resident complaints and ensure quick resolution
Manage housekeeping, security, and technical teams
Coordinate with vendors (DG, Lift, STP, WTP, etc.)
Ensure maintenance of common areas and infrastructure
Monitor utilities (electricity, water) and control costs
Maintain reports, billing records, and documentation
Conduct periodic inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
Coordinate with RWA / Association meetings
Key Skills
