This role offers experienced medical professionals the opportunity to directly contribute to the advancement of AI systems by providing high-quality, original clinical and healthcare documentation. You will leverage your medical expertise to create and curate real-world medical materials that enhance how AI models understand clinical reasoning, medical language, and healthcare workflows. The work involves producing detailed, structured documentation such as case studies, clinical reports, and research content that reflects authentic medical practice. You will ensure that all materials meet strict standards of accuracy, clarity, and educational value while maintaining confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information. This is a remote, project-based contractor role designed for professionals who want to apply their clinical knowledge in an innovative AI-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and curating high-quality medical documentation to support AI training and evaluation.
- Create original, self-authored medical documents including clinical reports, case studies, research papers, and technical healthcare content
- Ensure submitted materials demonstrate strong clinical depth, accuracy, and real-world medical expertise
- Contribute structured and multimodal content including text, tables, charts, diagrams, and figures where applicable
- De-identify all patient-related or confidential information while preserving educational and analytical value
- Curate diverse documentation sets (typically 10–100 pages) for wide-ranging AI training use cases
- Provide clarifications, annotations, and contex
