Role & responsibilities
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure on-time material delivery.
Plan and coordinate material dispatch from vendors
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality defects, responsiveness).
Review material requirements based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs and production plans.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN (Goods Receipt Note),
Monitor inbound and outbound logistics for timely and cost-effective transportation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality norms.
Maintain effective communication with local suppliers for fabrication components.
Resolve daily supply issues such as shortages, quality discrepancies, or transport delays.
Collaborate with sourcing and strategic procurement teams on long-term supplier agreements
