Legal:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and MoUs.

Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and intellectual property matters.

Conduct legal research and provide timely updates on relevant regulatory changes.

Maintain a database of contracts, legal documents, and litigation records.

Tender related documentation and co-ordination with external parties, if required.

Compliance:

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.

Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Organize compliance training and awareness programs for employees.

General:

Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement)



to provide legal and compliance support.

Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and best practices.

Support in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and secretarial functions.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent); additional certifications in compliance are a plus.
3–6 years of relevant work experience in a legal and/or compliance role.
Solid knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under stringent timeline.
CS will be advantageous.
