Role & responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
Manage and Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and his team to oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Assist with Cost Rationalization and financial forecasting
Assessment of all invoices and ensure proper timely payment as per instructions of Heads
Monitor all the expenses and suggest strategies for cost optimization
GST2B, GSTR-1, GSTR-9 and GST3B filing as per timelines
ITC Refund application follow up and processing
RODTeP follow up and timely processing
Compliance:
Organize and compile contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the company's operations.
Cordinate with Third party Consultants, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants for compliance advise,



agreements due diligence etc.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in accounting software, tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
Master's degree in a related field of Accounting or Finance.
Qualified certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE.
Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's operations.
