As part of our EY- NFS TPRM team, you will help clients enhance their business performance by translating their strategies into realities. Working with EY-high performing teams, you will help clients to grow, innovate, protect, and optimize their business performance.

The opportunity

We’re looking for Seniors with expertise in Third-Party Risk Management to join the leadership group of our EY- NFS TPRM team. It is a fantastic chance to be part of a leading firm while being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities
- The position requires candidates to assist clients with due diligence,



background checks and reputational risk assessment services by gathering information on specific targets (individuals/ entities) to highlight any red flags to enable the client to identify issues of concern and managing their risk especially integrity, reputation and background risks.
- Perform desktop research using public records, commercial databases, and company registries to identify potential risks (e.g., adverse media, litigation, sanctions, financial distress, ESG violations).
- Assess ownership structure, beneficial ownership, political exposure, group company linkages, and other red flags.
- Review documentation such as business registrations, annual reports, codes of conduct, certifications, and financial statements.
- Prepare & review clear and structured reports summarizing findings, risk ratings, exceptions, and recommended actions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to triage
