Need 22+yrs of total experience with wide exposure across engineering and delivery for the Wholesale banking space
He/ She would Partner closely with the COO (US‑based, heading Delivery & Engineering) and three EVPs in India to drive global delivery excellence, product rollouts, and customer success across banking implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for WB delivery across 2200+ FTEs.
Drive end‑to‑end product rollouts ensuring adoption, scalability, and customer success.
Collaborate with global stakeholders including COO of Services and CEOs of GCCs.
Strengthen delivery governance, engineering excellence, and transformation outcomes.
Manage powerful senior leaders in the system, ensuring alignment and performance.
Champion AI‑driven solutions within banking products and delivery frameworks.
Ensure operational efficiency, P&L; ownership, and global delivery consistency.

Robust technology leadership with proven delivery and engineering oversight.
12+ years of senior leadership experience in banking technology and services.
Track record of product rollout success and measurable customer impact.
Experience in building GCCs or scaling brownfield operations .
Proven ability to manage large teams (100+ FTEs) and complex global programs.
Demonstrated P&L; ownership and commercial acumen.
Solid stakeholder management with CXO/EVP level leaders.
Exposure to AI integration in banking products and delivery.
