We are looking for an experienced and agile Vice President Sales to lead and expand our pan-India sales and distribution network for our range of Playing cards and Cards games. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG/consumer products distribution background, excellent channel management skills, and the ability to build high-performing sales teams.

Experience

8 to 10 years of sales experience
Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in building and managing All India distribution networks
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, stationery, gift items, games or similar industries preferred

Key Responsibilities
Drive overall sales growth across India.
Develop and implement national sales strategy.
Build, appoint and manage distributors across all states.
Expand dealer and retail network.




Lead and mentor regional sales managers and sales teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers and contemporary trade.
Work closely with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competition, pricing and market trends.
Improve sales forecasting and inventory planning.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Travel extensively across India to support channel partners.
