Roles and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loan installments and minimize defaults.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to home loans, LAPs, mortgages, DSTs, etc.
Conduct regular field visits to meet customers at their homes or offices for loan disbursement purposes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
