We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Officer to join our team as a Personal Banker in the Consumer Banking Group, located in Dindigul. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve complaints and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of consumer banking products and services.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.




Solid knowledge of personal banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet sales targets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a similar role within the banking industry is preferred.
