MIS Sales Incentive

Role Summary:
Responsible for sales incentive calculations, MIS reporting, data validation, dashboard preparation, target vs achievement tracking, and payout processing to ensure accurate and timely incentive disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
Calculate monthly & weekly sales incentives as per policy.
Validate incentive eligibility, achievement data, exceptions, and approvals.
Track target vs achievement and sales performance.
Maintain incentive, target, and employee master data.
Handle incentive queries and payout reconciliations.
Create dashboards and automate reports using Excel/Power BI.
Analyze sales trends, incentive effectiveness, and business performance.
Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations

Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF/IFS) [Mandatory]
Power BI
SQL (Preferred)
VBA / Macros (Preferred)
Robust Data Analysis & Reporting Skills
