The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home
Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small
Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank.
About the Role
The Sr. Product Manager who manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning
to tactical activities. The Product Head and team (working closely with the Sales Team) are
responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and
bottom-line delivery. The Product team is also responsible for Product Design, Product
Development, Product Strategy, Product Planning. Portfolio Management and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, launching and product positioning current products and messaging that
differentiates the products from the market.
Sales Enablement- to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and
develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products
Plan the launch of the recent products and release and manage the cross-functional
implementation of the plan
Possess market intelligence and knowhow on the competition products, features, and
positioning
Develop the strategy of demand generation and manage the marketing programs driving this
demand
End to end co-ordination with the teams, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for
sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals,
clearing of discrepancies.
To identify process gaps and suggest recent processes / process changes & enablers. To suggest
best solution for businesses
