3.Scheduling the appointments for services & consultation
4.Registration of the patient
5.OPD billing for service voucher, consultation voucher & procedure voucher's
6.Collection of the payment
7.Handling refunds.
8.Handling grievances' related to billing.
9.Cancellations & Rescheduling of appointments for consultation & services
10.Maintaining the leave register of consultants & information about the locum doctor available.
11.Giving the information to the patient about the pre investigation steps to be followed e.g. drink water, empty stomach, overnight fasting etc.
