2) To ensure that the care required for each patient is met in accordance with the care plan.
3) To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical policies and procedures

5) To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient's care or treatment is recorded accurately and at the time the care was delivered.
6) To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and qualified manner
7) To maintain close liaison with other healthcare specialists as appropriate
8) To participate in any quality assurance programmes.
