Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office) - Walkable distance from Turbhe Rly station)

Salary: As per company Standard+ Attractive Performance incentives.

Joining: Immediate, Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM – Saturdays are WFH only.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our fast-paced consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various industries and roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up on interview feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Ensure timely closures of open positions
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

Requirements:
Education:



Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 2+ years in similar role of Recruitments / Talent hiring in a HR Consultant firm.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Work India, Naukri, LinkedIn etc. and recruitment tools
