Job Description & Responsibilities:
Recruiting and staffing;
Organizational departmental planning;
Performance management and improvement systems;
Organization development;
Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
Employee onboarding, development and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Employee relations;
Company employee and community communication;
Compensation, payroll and perks administration;
Employee services and counseling.

Candidate Prerequisites:
Minimum 3 years in a as an HR Manager.
Extensive experience in recruiting in retail or manufacturing sectors




Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi
