Role and Responsibilities:
Maintaining cordial relationships with all clients through various communication

platforms
Developing recent marketing strategies for brand positioning and recall
Brainstorming with the team and making proposals as per the client's requirement
Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and

coordination
Solid coordination with the Design and Production team to execute glitch-free

events
Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, etc.
Cost management, negotiations, invoicing, and fulfilling all accounting formalities

with the client
Doing Research, Booking Artist & vendors, and negotiating as per requirements.
Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etc
Post-event formalities like sending reports, feedback, and testimonials from

clients, closing the event, etc.

Skills required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation-making, & pitching skills
In-depth knowledge of social media marketing
Positive interpersonal skills
Well groomed & disciplined
Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules,

regulations, and formats
