Roles and Responsibilities

Skillset Required : Should understand Electrical Specifications and Block Diagram.
Should have working experience in Body Electronics Domain such as Body Controller,
Head Lamp, Battery management system (BMS), Motor controller unit.
Should have knowledge on Vector Products such as CANoe, VN0A etc. Should
have knowledge on HIL and Simulation tools such as dSPACE , ETAS, Vector, NI
Knowledge & insight in programming for:
HIL deployment (test scripting)
Plant model / test setting development
Improvement projects
Understanding in CAN and Diagnostic Protocols like UDS
Knowledge about test methodologies, test strategies, systems & tools, with MIL,
SIL and HIL
Knowledge on Test automation and tools
Should have experience in writing Test cases for both white box and black box
testing, its traceability and management
Should have knowledge on Model in loop testing(MIL), Software in loop
testing(SIL), Integration testing
Bug management and reporting
Knowledge about FMEA & problem-solving tools
Experience in developing, performing & reporting tests
Experience in HIL system test activities (test scripting, plant
model development and testing) required.




Knowledge and Experience of Electric Vehicle shall be an added advantageWhat you will own and do:
Based on the high-level testing requirements, write detailed test specifications
for both white box and Black box testing.
Setting up various testing workplace like MIL(model in loop) ,SIL(Software in
loop) and HIL (Hardware in loop)
. Consult & check with the HIL platform administrator to match the HIL platform
capability with the test specification requirements.
Specify and develop HIL (Hardware in the Loop) verification & validation tests for
newly developed systems

Perform black box tests on a HIL test system: setting up and starting up (configuration
and administration) of the HIL system to perform the specific tests; specify, compose
and execute the necessary test suites, test cases, test sequences, test measurements
and test experiments, and other needed components in the test management
system.
Perform FMEA tests on a HIL system, a simulator box and a vehicle. Manage and
organize the test results, test measurements and -reports. Analyze the test results and
test measurements, and report to the product engineers
