• 10 + years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in CPG/Retail industry.
• Hands-on Experience in SAP APO modules of SNP, DP, GATP & CIF.
• Certification in APO modules will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP ECC will be valuable to have.
• Experience in Integration testing and data validation in SAP ECC workplace.
• Should have worked in the distributed DevOps model.
• Identify errors in the nascent stage, identify the root cause, and provide a wholistic solution.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data by working with various business functions in an organization.
• In-depth knowledge in planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, current products introduction, material planning, and S&OP; process.
• Should have techno-functional experience working with demand planning, inventory management, distribution requirement planning, capacity planning, aggregate supply planning, S&OP;, and inventory optimization.
• Review statistical forecast models and Identify root causes, drivers to improve forecasts.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
• Ability to lead meetings and problem-solving ability.
