Responsible for the Installation, Maintenance and repairs of Products that have been sold. Their jobs usually involve customer service because they work on-site to solve customer problems.
Responsibilities
Service engineers have to repair and service all the equipment
Perform in office troubleshooting, service and repairs
Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
Provide in office training to the customers
Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Timely and professionally handle field service calls
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organization
Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or relevant role
Ability to troubleshoot, test,



repair and service technical equipment
English and local language literacy
Ability to work versatile shifts or to adapt to changing work schedules
A degree in Electronic is the main requirement
