Grant Thornton Bharat is seeking an experienced qualified to support and lead high-impact engagements in public health, health systems strengthening, and public policy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage public health and policy consulting assignments for government and development sector clients.
Provide strategic advisory support on health governance, NHM, PMJAY, health financing, and health systems strengthening.
Engage with senior government officials, development partners, and key stakeholders.
Manage project delivery, teams, client relationships, and program outcomes.
Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, Health Management, Development Studies, MBA, or a related discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in public health, health systems,
public policy, NHM, or the development sector.
Experience working with government departments, health missions, donor agencies, policy institutions, consulting firms, or development partners.
Solid understanding of NHM, PMJAY, and public health technology platforms.
Proven experience leading teams, managing large-scale programs, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Expertise
Health Policy, Health Governance, Health Financing, Program Management, Health Systems Strengthening, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, Digital Health, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
