We Are Hiring: Aquaculture Business Planning & Market Development Role – India

Blue Aqua is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented qualified to join our India team in an office-based business planning and market development role.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the aquaculture and shrimp farming industry, but is also comfortable working on market analysis, marketing planning, operational coordination, reporting, and strategic execution from the office.

The selected candidate will support management in turning business direction into clear action plans and will work closely with our sales, technical, dealer, and distributor teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis for shrimp farming and aquaculture input products
Track competitor activities, pricing, farmer trends, regional opportunities, and seasonal demand
Support marketing plans, product positioning, farmer meetings, dealer activities, and campaigns
Prepare reports, presentations, product notes, and business summaries




Coordinate with sales and technical teams to follow up on execution
Support stock planning, dealer requirements, product launches, and regional development
Convert management direction into structured action plans and timelines

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, proactive, and disciplined. The candidate should have a background in aquaculture, fisheries, agriculture, business, marketing, or a related field.

A valuable understanding of the Indian shrimp and aquaculture market will be a solid advantage.

This is not a pure field sales role. It is a strategic support role for someone who can connect management direction with market execution.
