Key Responsibilities: -
Design and implement best-in-class talent acquisition practices to ensure an adequate talent pipeline in the Group.
Support and guide Business Leaders to hire mid and junior-level staff.
Lead the Onboarding and Induction function and ensure hired talent has a outstanding experience
Maintain, analyze and update metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
Build relationships and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations
Implement competency based interviewing to align with the overall competency-based organization is developed
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) in an MIS

KRAs
Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
Enhances multiple recruitment-related relationships with hiring managers/team leads, internal and external candidates, vendors, campuses, and other external sources in conducting recruiting activities.
Effectively using the personal network, job portals, and employee referrals to close the position.
Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.




Ensures all candidate data is entered into the recruitment system in accordance with the policy.
Enable the closure process: salary negotiation, resignation, notice period management
Partners with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume, skill sets, and geography.
Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
Provide value-added recruiting-related advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders
