As we expand our presence in Jaipur, we are looking for passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
Counsel students and parents regarding various courses and career opportunities.
Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career prospects.




Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities whenever required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Robust counselling and convincing abilities.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Education, EdTech, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
